Who I work with

My primary focus is purpose-driven organisations facing significant strategic, governance or organisational challenges. My experience includes industry associations, aged care and community housing organisations.

I also work with organisations that need experienced advice or project leadership to respond to government policy, funding or regulatory change.

Typical clients are boards, chairs, CEOs and executive teams.

Why engage me

I combine the perspective of a former CEO and board chair with an understanding of government decision-making. I held senior policy and program roles in the Commonwealth public service, including contract management, grants governance, financial reporting, and managing national funding programs up to $135 million a year. I have worked with government from the other side of the table, as an industry body CEO. My experience spans national programs and sector-specific governance work.

I work directly with clients, providing independent judgement and advice tailored to their circumstances, with a focus on decisions and actions that matter to the organisation.
